RECIPES
CINNAMON ROLL HOT CAKES
1/3 cup of butter 90 g, for the cinnamon glaze
½ cup of brown sugar for the cinnamon glaze
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon for the cinnamon glaze
¼ cup of water
2 ½ tablespoons flour
¼ cup of whipping cream for the cinnamon glaze
½ cup of cream cheese for the glaze
¼ cup of maple syrup for the glaze
¼ cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups of flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups of milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 pieces of Egg
½ cup pecan toasted and finely chopped, to decorate
1. For the cinnamon glaze, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the sugar with the water until it begins to form a caramel, add the cinnamon, butter, whipping cream and flour (5 min total). Mix perfectly with the help of a balloon. This process should be done quickly to avoid overheating the butter and lumps from forming from the sugar. Cool to room temperature. You should get a medium-thick texture. Place inside a sleeve and reserve.
2. For the frosting, mix the cream cheese, maple syrup and whipping cream with the help of a balloon. Reservation.
3. For the pancakes, mix the flour with the sugar, the baking powder and the bicarbonate; Incorporate the milk, the egg pieces, the vanilla, the butter and mix perfectly. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a little butter, form the pancakes and wait 2 minutes for it to cook a little, then add the cinnamon glaze mixture in a spiral shape on the pan, cook for a few more minutes until the sugar begins to melt with the heat and turn. Remove from the heat and repeat these steps with the rest of the mixture.
5. Serve the pancakes with the glaze and decorate with pecan nuts.
EGG SANDWICH
2 pieces of Egg
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 pieces box bread
Salt
Pepper
3 slices of turkey ham
¼ cup of Manchego cheese grated
1 In a bowl, beat the egg and milk.
2 In a nonstick skillet add the butter and egg. Cook the egg on both sides and season with salt and pepper; add a pan and cook for 5 more minutes. Flip over and add the ham and cheese. Close your sandwich and cover for 3 minutes.
3 Serve hot and enjoy.
